160628 Marilyn's FBI Kid Gloves Interview
Postby dmac » Tue Jul 06, 2021 7:47 am
6 Jul 21-- Time to go over Loon's FBI interview, dated 160628, so just a couple days over five years ago. I've seen very little of this, but enough to prove the FBI were- and still are- actively assisting in the coverup.
Before I start, just a couple words for those who think I should have done this earlier, or think I should have worked all these files and interviews, and all my own research, another way: SUCK ASS. Transcription is tedious, boring, exhausting. I've also heard a couple hours of this as background noise when Vickie was watching it on her puter while I was reading and organizing 5000 new case files on mine. I think the only truly worthy thing to be found in this five hours of dreck has already been found: Loon accidentally admitted that she and the other killers had no clue Justin was sleeping at 28 until it was too late. Oh, and do the math: Justin slept at 28 the night of his 12th birthday and, again, his 'parents' had no clue where he was. So, the first thing out of Loon's mouth upon Justin coming out of the 28 boys' bedroom? "Happy belated birthday, son! Wanna help me kill some people?! No?! Too f-ing bad!"
It's a little under 5 hours long, beginning at 10 am. It starts with them in the hallway, off camera, literally talking weather- what's it like in Paradise, compared to Chico (it was conducted at the FBI's Chico field office) that morning. Then a second agent walks into the hallway and immediately compliments her on how pretty she looks that day (her gray hair is matted and flat, she's got on baggy red stretch pants and an oversized blue windbreaker- just the dog she always was, but now dragging an oxygen tank. Her pedo hubby is right behind in knee pants and long, baggy white socks, and a cane. A striking couple- as in I would have loved the chance to slowly bludgeon them to death! <only half joking... a sick sense of humor seems to come with the job, but both of those scumfucks deserved to be tortured to death!>
From the small talk, it's apparent the interview was arranged the night before, although she'd agreed to it three weeks prior. PLENTY of time to rehearse, assholes. They expect her to need tissue and a wastebasket due to the emotional nature of the case, and she remarks her "mind's been going" non-stop since the younger of the two agents, Andy, called the night before.
In explaining that they didn't want her to feel she's being interrogated, the older agent speaks of a prior interview with her where she'd remarked they'd made her think of stuff she'd forgotten long before. So, A> where's the other interview; B> She's shining on them the same stupid shit she'd try on everyone else: wow she just remembered, wow she hardly ever thinks about the case, etc. Except we never bought into her bullshit, once we realized she's a murderer and sociopath. And a very stupid one, at that.
Like Mike trying to make Dee and Justin feel at ease, they try this alongside a little guilt trip: "now that we're near the end of life, what do we want to leave behind?" I wouldn't have bothered. As those who were there, real time, when I slit Loon's lying-cunt throat in chat, I would have done the same here- except I would have allowed her to dig much bigger holes before tossing her in and backfilling. But they where their "good cop" empathy cards on their sleeves, lapels, and spit-glued to their foreheads. Couple of twats! "I can't imagine the burden you must carry!" In other words, Loon's got them just where she wants them: Cupping their balls in her jowls.
"O:" is my placemarker for the clearly O O O Older FBI agent, who does all the talking. When I recall his name, I'll replace it to mock what a jackass cunt he is.
O: I don't know where to begin, with the emotions you've got. is my
M: I haven't talked to Justin.
O: Justin's got a lot of issues, from what little I've talked to him. And that was just an introduction.
O: says they met Justin for lunch in Keddie (clearly means Q) and that they're taking over many of the interviews so they have fresh eyes, and that Mike knows everyone so having an uninvolved third party can be a better POV for interviews. I wish it were true in this case, but they're going to have to contradict and undo a few things I've already seen while skimming through this months ago.
M mentions Mike is a cop in a small town, and her ex-bro-in-law used to be the sheriff in Madras, OR (not sure what town she means, that's phonetic- when he was keeping tabs on Marty in KF, he was an officer in Eugene/Springfield. Yep, Madras, above Bend on the highway. She further states both nephews in Redmond are deputies, and a step-uncle in Portland was 'drug enforcement' (DEA?) and how difficult it must be for people, like Mike, to have to arrest people they know so well.
Then she gets into what their last meeting triggered, ie shit she hadn't thought of in YEARS! Then she immediately brings up my forum:
M: According to the 'cabin forum', supposedly Bo was never in the VA hospital. Supposedly he was tied to the Chicago mob. I don't know if that's true. But what does come to mind, and I talked about it with [pedo] after you guys left, when Marty and I first met, he introduced me to a man who owned an antique shop their in Milwaukee, OR, which is a suburb of Portland. His name was Joe, older man, and I wasn't supposed to tell anyone this, but this came from Marty, that he was in the Chicago mafia and was on the run, and was hiding out. I don't know if it's true. And I got to thinking, what are the odds, that if it's true Bo was in the
Chicago mob...
She rambles on, trying to get across the point Joe and Bo were the same age and she now thinks they were the same person.
After meeting Marty and Joe in Portland, she and Marty went to AZ for a while, then back to Springfield OR, then lived in a tent in Eastern OR "because Marty didn't have a job, we were homeless, basically." No, you stupid cow, not 'basically'. And where were your three kids by three different sperm donors? Then they stayed in the basement of Joe's antique shop up in Milwaukee. Joe was there sometimes because he taught her how to do ceramics and sell them in the shop, but he wasn't around very often.
O: But you would remember if Joe and Bo were the same guy, right? Obviously? You're saying 78 and 81, right?
M: I don't know, I would think so. I would think... they must not be the same. But, what are the odds?! I hear from Marty that Joe's on the run from the Chicago mob, there's a hit out on him, so he's hiding out in OR. Then I learn on the forum that this Bo character was never at the VA! With Marty, and then I learn he's supposedly tied to the Chicago mob, and I think, 'what are the odds of that?'
O: Correct me if I'm wrong, but the last time we talked, you weren't even really positive Marty had spent 30 days in the VA hospital...
M: Right! No, because I didn't go over and visit with him. I'm assuming he was there, because that's where he was dropped off!! (laughs) I visited him ONE TIME, but I didn't go back, because when I came back to Quincy I ended up on highway 80 in Sacramento!! (laughs)
O: mentions Gam is trying to get subpoenas to determine if either Marty or Bo were at the VA hospital in Reno.
O: It doesn't make a difference if they were there or not, it makes a difference...
M: (interrupting) Where they were AFTER the fact!
O: Exactly. How they ended up hooking up. It could end up being Joe, Bo, the same person.
M: It could be! And I didn't know Joe all that well... either!
She iterates Joe and Bo were the same age. O: goes on about how the mafia was all over pop culture then, so everybody was talking mob this and that, and Serpico had just come out (1973?!) Then he tears into why they were looking at it, and that the mob "wasn't known to do was whack kids, y'know? And, for the most part, not women, unless..." Unless they had to wipe out witnesses.
O: what else is bothering you? M: Justin. [long pause] I know they came in and got Justin's shoes. I know he says he walked in on the crime scene.
>> I wonder if she's flogging this dead horse because she could explain away any DNA hit to her as cross-contamination from Justin's shoes...
O: goes off into the woods about her rights, Justin's rights, Marty's rights, "But it depends on who you're gonna believe... Marty, he's dead. Justin? When it comes down to it, Casey?!
SO, was Casey really at 28 that night, and it's the elephant in the room?
He then goes off on how great a mother's instinct is for the survival of the species. The beauty is, he trips up on this line, which doesn't fit Loon whatsoever: "Mother's Stink" is what he actually says. Then he goes on a tear, associating the burden of carrying around the O2 tank and the weight of COPD with the terrible strain the Keddie murders put on her. BARF.
He then says they're very close to closing the investigation, that:
O: We're not interested today, and they weren't interested 35 years ago, in arresting people that were MADE to do things they didn't want to do… That they had to cover up on.
He then speaks of a case he'd just worked where a 12 year old kid was forced to help dismember and dispose of his mom, "that he was forced to get involved, and was threatened, to get him to shut his mouth, and keep it shut." So, yeah, the FBI read the forum, too... Now, speaking on Justin: "And that's what happened here. But what happened to this kid, who's become a man? That's the big thing. Y'know? Who is that person NOW? And what kind of torture has he carried around all his life?"
In the next monologue by O:, Andy (who has yet to speak) is apparently BSU, a profiler. He's kicking back in the corner, taking notes. He then speaks of how everyone loses: The victims are dead, the killers are dead, and what FBI's job is to transition from what people THINK happened to reality, so people can figure out what to do to survive. I think it's his poorly worded attempt at the non-existence of closure, but that revealing what really went down can help those left behind to cope with reality over spec. Again, he's doing everything he can to be "good cop / good cop", with no recognition of what Loon made Justin do. He brings in the Donner Party, what you have to do to survive.
He brings up how she vaguely spoke of Marty's abuse, how they already 'knew' some of it, but how Loon didn't elaborate. But the FBI know a good chunk of it. His parallel is that they know "a LOT of what happened that night. We don't know ALL of it, but we know A LOT of it."
O: "It's our firm belief that you helped. [pause] That you helped Justin make it through this whole thing. That you took and provided him the shoulder to cry on. [long pause, then flippantly:] If you listen to some people, Casey as well... I think I've made a pretty good point, that some people have to do what they have to do to survive. And for their kids as well.
'You know what? I was taken OUT of there, I was taken over to [unintelligible]'s place. And I NEVER went back!' That was it. And you were PROTECTED.
And there we go, we're talking about the wrong... I gotta draw the line, and we're talking about the case when we should be talking about what YOU want to talk about…"
A poorly executed attempt to confront what they all know: MARILYN IS A MURDERER. He not only screws the pooch, but then abandons the shit attempt he made.
I've been at this since 4:45 AM. This is the half hour mark of the interview. Nine more to go. I'll take this in chunks, because it's exhausting. In the end, I'll paste them all together, then tear these FBI twats as many new assholes as I do Marilyn when I debunk all her BS. Time for a break, a walk, then brekkie.
"Back off, man. I'm a scientist."

PART TWO

O: goes back into his argument that Loon clearly knows more than she's saying, that she was obviously there: "Say, for instance, you walk out of this office. You get hit by a car, fall, break your neck. You die. Then the only one left to believe is Justin."
What a hallmark of the stature of Justin and his veracity among LE. Seems it's just slightly higher than our own estimations.
O: We already know SOME of the things that Justin HAD to do in that house that night. We already know...
M: [meekly] I know... [taking charge, much louder:] in fact, we [pointing to pedo] were talking about it just this morning, I said, I said, "I don't know what went on in that house!" Y'know. Did Justin walk through the crime scene? I was trying to remember back to when... I think when they came and got Justin... THEY CAME AND GOT HIS SHOES. I remember that! And I've been told over and over and over and over and over and noooo nobody knows, nobody came and got them, nobody has those shoes, and I never got 'em back and I never got THOSE SHOES. I remember. They came and they wanted his shoes. And they TOLD ME that he either walked through the crime scene, they THOUGHT, after the fact... ORRR, and I don't remember if they asked this as a question or if they gave it to me as a statement, that he was there!
O: You remember having a conversation with Mike, don't you, in the last couple of years, in reference to the DNA...
M: [interrupting] Yes. He came and got my DNA then he got Justin's DNA. Then I talked to him after that... and he didn't say anything about MY DNA, but hs did say that Justin's DNA was on the... duct tape.
O: The tape. Yeah.
M: Yeah, that's what he told me.
O: Yeah. Yeah.
>>>
M: So... I don't even know what those kids were doing that day. They may have been PLAYING with the duct tape. Or I don't know!"
O: [Abandoning another opportunity, since it's known the tape was BROUGHT BY THE KILLERS:] yeah... yeah... huh! [5 second pause] So what is this about the shoes?
M: I specifically remember them coming to Nina's house and wanting Justin's shoes!"
O: then goes into a long speech, finally asking about what she remembers of the bullshit lie of Justin and Casey playing. Again, this is TUNABI HORSESHIT, and NEVER HAPPENED. There is something BEE-YOOO-TEEE-FULLLL here: Loon went down in flames in the group chat
viewtopic.php?f=66&t=1725&hilit=chat+loon
, where I caught her at every lie. That chat was April 12 of 16, just two months prior to this FBI lie-fest. One of many lies I caught her in was the 35-year-old story about Justin waking them Sunday morning, telling them of the murders, Marty saying, "don't joke about something like that", and Justin insisting they look out the bedroom window and see for themselves. She'd already been spewing lies on the forum
viewtopic.php?f=1&t=1424
since rejoining under the name 'marilyn musgrove [pedo]', and I'd already shot down her lies about being able to see 28 from 26's bedroom window. This next exchange is classic Loon, pitching her new lie as if she was never called out on the old one, making it seem like 35 years of case files with their lies no longer exist:
M: They were playing on the floor. That was AFTER, That was AFTER Justin came and got me and told me the sheriff wanted to talk to me. I asked him why. He was at the front door. [much louder] And, from my my cabin, you can't see past the owner's... My cabin kinda sits here, and next to it is the owner's cabin...
O: yeah, the Seabolts...
M: ...and the Seabolts were over back here, and 28 was way back here...
Basically, she comes out of nowhere to explain she KNOWS her constant story for 35 years IS A PILE OF SHIT, because she flat out admits she can't see 28 from 26. Why the FBI don't call her on this lie? THEY WERE NOT THERE TO CATCH HER LYING, WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT GAM ASKED THEM TO DO: LIE TO A FED AND THE CUFFS GO ON!
This next bit is just as incriminating, considering NOBODY IN KEDDIE LOCKED THEIR DOORS, including the murderers hiding in 26. For 35 years, she lied that Justin came to their bedroom door, but now Justin is Mr Polite and won't enter his own cabin. And, obviously, had Loon been thinking, she wouldn't have squandered this opportunity to say, "he didn't want to come in because he was afraid Casey and I were dead, because Marty had threatened him..." yada yada. Insted, she puts her head through yet another stiff noose, and jumps into nothing:
M: But he came to the door, and said the Sheriff wanted to talk to me.
Again, this is a complete 180 from 35 years of lies, and, just as these moron asshole killers did in 1981, she improvised and hanged herself multiple times by answering a question they never asked. SHE OFFERED UP ALL THIS SHIT ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE 28 FROM 26, maybe before they could nail her for it. Had she stuck to answering the Q about Justin and Casey playing, NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE COME UP. As is proved by the very fact FBI completely ignore what they know to be a TECTONIC SHIFT in a key tenet of the Loonibi/Tunbabi for 35 f-ing years. She continues digging the hole:
M: And I asked him whey, and he said that everyone's dead over there. And I said, "Justin, not a good joke to be playing!" "I'M NOT JOKING! COME AND LOOK" So I did go out with him and, Lo and Behold [laughing] There's all these cop cars!
FIRING SQUAD?! Nope, instead she goes on and on about talking with DT in the squad car. So O: steers it back to the original question Loon strayed from and, in doing so, proved she's a murderer:
O: Back to when Marty, when Justin was playing with Casey, that's what I was talking about.
M: Yeah.
In this iteration of the Play-Acting lie, Marty jerked Justin off of Casey and threatened him in front of everyone: "This is not a game to play. You'll never play this game again!" etc; whereas, for 35 years, they said Marty quietly too Justin outside and had a chat. O: catches her in this lie, but not the last one?
O: I mean, did Marty do this in front of you or everyone, or did he take him aside...?
M: [interrupting] No, hi picked him up right off the floor and took him to the front door.
O: In your presence, or was that away from you?
M: When he said that, [emphatically] it was in my presence! [Pause, taking the bait offered to tie back into the 35 year old lie:] Then, I think he took him outside...
O: [interrupting] Yeah.
M: I didn't go. I don't know, but Justin... They never played the game again! [Louder] Justin never talked about it!
O: takes a minute to ignore what just happened, steering back to the tape, about Justin's DNA on tape, etc:
O: And this is where it get's tricky, because Mikes told you some of the stuff. And it's all in the report, but this is something he didn't tell you. This is why it gets kinda serious, becuse this is the tape... That's the tape that actually came off one of the bodies... see?
M: That his DNA was found on?
O: Yes.
M: O, cuz I thought it was found on the roll of tape.
O: Yep. Not at all! Not at all. See, now this is where it get's important, Marilyn, this is why..."
M: [Waving her finger at pedo] See?! I KNEW IT! See, I told you I knew it. When we came here, I knew it! [quietly faking a light sob, wiping her nose with a tissue, legs still crossed]
O: It's not for public consumption...
M: No!
O: But you're his mother, you're... You have seen, and if Justin's out there in public, and I've got at least...
M: As far as I know, Justin only thinks it's on the roll of tape [obviously a lie]...
O: He very well may, and it's a good thing we haven't talked to him about it, but you're his mother... Right now, I can think of at least five variations, five variations of the stories Justin has told over the years. And when Andy and I talk, of course, we go, "Which one? Which one's true?" [Not the obvious? NONE OF THEM!] And I'm trying to remember... Was you one of the hypnotized subjects as well?
M: [shaking head] Only Justin
O: Oh, well, no, not only Justin! [Laughing uncontrollably] Oh, no, there were a lot of folks hypnotized in that case! Well, anyway! But YOU WASN'T HYPNOTIZED! OK! That's GOOD! I, I LIKE THAT! [To Andy] Don't you like that?!
A: Yeah...
O: We got ONE that's not!...
M: Nope, I was one, I was never put under hypnosis.
O: OK, well, even 'Under Hypnosis'...
M: [interrupting] I don't really trust it.
O: That's good for you. Well, even 'under the hypnosis', there's variations on what was being said, y'know, by Justin. And that's one of the reasons why Andy and I haven't spoken with Justin yet. Because you, as his mother... we need anyone and everyone we can get... Justin's out here tellin' the world, he's tellin' the world out here on TV and everything else, one story after another. And, if you've seen him, you've probably not taken the time to read the transcripts [she had!] but they're all... slightly... The theme's there, but they're all slightly different. They seem to get better.
And that's, that's what we're interested in, right now, today, because... There's no way he coulda been involved in what he was involved in... no way he coulda been involved in what he was involved in... without tellin' his mama .
M: uh.. uhh... I...
O: What the FINAL story that HE'S told you? On what happened in that cabin on that night?
M: He hasn't told me anything. He keeps tells me[sic] he doesn't remember.
O: [demonstratively] He tells EVERYONE ESLE these OTHER STORIES?!
M: Um! Now, wait a minute! [pause] He was... He got involved with this Ed Cates...
Then M goes off into the wilds, talking Ed, the book, film, hypnotherapy, channeling Marty. Proving O:'s point, that Loon claims Justin never confided in her, just EVERYONE ELSE IN THE KNOWN UNIVERSE.
M: Then Justin DID tell me [after channeling Marty]- let me see if I get this right [laughing] That he stood in the door... He saw... Marty. And he saw... BOOO! On top of Sue. Uh... And that Marty came to him, and told him, "Go back into the bedroom, and keep... [scratching her face] ...keep the other boys quiet... Ummmm... But he was convinced. That was the FIRST TIME he had ever told me and was thoroughly convinced... that Marty and Bo... did it [slapping hand on table for emphasis].
Me? I'm just kinda, [dismissively] Mwaahll [laughing] me, I don't really know if I trust the hypnotists anyway... and I always steered clear of talking to Justin... about Keddie... AT ALL!!
O: REALLY?!!
M: Yes.
O: WOW!
M: That was my way of protecting him, if it was something that was... I f it was something that he saw... Or if it was something that was so traumatic that he couldn't remember it [long pause] Then I didn't want to be the one that would make him remember. [like he didn't see a murderer every time he saw her ugly mug?!]
O: Well... I'm surprised that you...
M: [interrupting] And... I wanted to protect him from Marty because of whatr took place when he was playing with Casey.
O: Sure.
M: I didn't want Marty... [pause] To come AFTER Justin. [Loudly, emphatically] I... I... Didn't TALK to Justin about it!
I didn't talk to him about what he may remember. The only thing I have is I've asked him... I'll ask him, "Do you remember ANYTHING?!" and he'll say, "no. I don't remember anything." And I've let it go. Because that psychiatrist told me that, that some day Justin may remember, and it may be something very small that will TRIGGER the memory, and when that day comes he needs to be in counseling. So someone, a professional, can help him deal with... That's what that doctor said [shrugging and making quotes with hands, dismmissively]
O: See, now let me see if I've got this straight... Justin came into the living room?... See, that doesn't account for the DNA... That doesn't account for the DNA, for the...
M: [interrupting] No, it doesn't. But then I didn't KNOW about the DNA...
O: Well, even then- Back THEN- This is what I'm saying-
He then goes on a tangent about how they listened to her about the shoes, and that happened back in 81 with those cops, but him walking around in the crime scene is ONE THING and his DNA on tape used to bind a murder victim is quite another, and he's talking DNA NOW, not SHOES THEN.
O: What's really amazing to me... and it's amazing to me... is his is the only DNA to come off the tape! And this touches the other thing.…
[To Andy] Should I talk about the tape, and how it was tied? Not much, just a little bit?
A: [shrugs lightly] I think it might be helpful.
O: It was, it was really pulled tight. It was tied like, that... certainly... the tape itself, and Im not talking about the bindings that came later that eventually went on to be whatever, but the tape was very pulled tight [sic]
M: How do you tie tape?
O: Well, you WRAP it around people, and you just TIE IT. You can tie tape.
M: You can?
O: Yep.
M: It would just stick, wouldn't it?
O: Well, it sticks, but you can tie it at the same time. Flop it over, tie it . Yeah.
M: Oh.
O: But it was very pulled tight [sic]. Very tight. And, again, it was like a kid.
M: [not missing a beat] How can a twelve year old child... take out three people? [They always forget Tina, Sheila's little angel]
O: HE DIDN'T! [laughing incredulously, rising forward almost from his chair towards Loon] Marilyn! We don't even! Ha! We don't see your son close to capable of that! We don't even begin to think THAT! Huh?
Remember how I said some people do things that they're directed to do by other people? In order to stay alive? What makes you think your son is capable... kill these people?! We're not even CLOSE to thinking something like that! Remember when you were asked if, uh, if SUE killed them people! Remember that?
M: Yeah! Yeah! I remember, Doug did ask me because...
O: See?!
M: [loudly] He did ask me cuz, his reasoning for asking was, was, "We have not identified the female body in there..."
O: Exactly...
M: "And she's very small" So he asked me if I thought that Sue coould have, may have gone off the deep end and killed her children.
O: Exactly.
M: And I said, 'no', and [pointing to an imaginary figure beside her] Justin was talking, and that's when he was saying, "That's not Tee... Tina in there..."
O: yes
M: "That's Sue, and Tina's missing."
O: Yep. But don't, for a minute [chuckling] But don't, for a minute, think that we think that Justin did this [laughing]. It's like I said, it's like if Ed [pedo] and I, Ed and I did something to Andy over there in the corner, something horrific, and you're sittin' there, and I'll say to you, not Ed, I'll say to you, "now, you help us tie this person up, or you do X, Y, Z, to this person, or we're gonna kill YOU. Or we're gonna go in there and kill your little brother [pointing to an imaginary room back and to his right, which would be the boys room when in the living room, again implying they believe Casey was also at 28 that night]. Or we're going to kill Ricky. Or we're going to kill Greg." You know? What're you gonna do?!
M: Tie him up.
O: There ya go! [waving arms] That's the bottom line. So, don't begin to believe that we begin to think a 12 year old kid is gonna take out a 17 year old, a 15 year old, and a grown woman.
Do we know, positively, there are some things that happened in that room that... It's not an inference or anything else, it's EVIDENCE this kid had to do something to survive? You'd better believe there's evidence there to say that. And BOY! Boy... I'm sorry for misleading you down the road, by god, thinkin' that Justin, Just, that he was involved in murder... No, he's not INVOLVED, he's forced to do something that, after the fact maybe, but that's kinda the evidence of the case. That's why we asked you about that. At some point in time, and that thing's not too far down the road [glancing at pedo], this whole thing is coming to a point...
And, as we said before, Marilyn's a victim. Justin's a victim. Y'know? And, depending on who you blame, Casey could be a victim to! [Three Strikes: FBI just put Casey in the bedroom with Rick, Greg, and Justin: Does ANYBODY have ANYTHING from our relentless work to solidify this, other than the killers cared not where their kids were?] Depending on who you believe, y'know? [Waving arm at Andy]
Now, let me show you something here [out of chair, to other corner of table, retrieving binder folder similar to Gam's, if not a copy of his, then searching inside, sliding the folder before her when he finds the right page] I don't want to do some of these things, but sometimes it helps to...
These are supposed to be [long pause while Loon reads] ...friends... [apparently reading off a list, perhaps the ones drawn up by murderer Sheila]
M: [interrupting] I know Richard, I know Walter. I'm trying to think, I don't really recognize that name... Dana I never really knew personally...
O: OK
M: 'Vernall' I've heard the name but I don't really know who it is
O: OK
M: Susan [Krois] I've heard the name. Him I know. Him... [DEFINITELY reading Sheila's list of the deads' BEST FRIENDS- and KEEP IN MIND this is four years before I saw these lists and immediately saw them as incriminating for Sheila and all others
O: Marty?
M: Yeah.
O: Marty and Bo!
M: [quietly] yeah...
O: Yeah?
M: Kim... And Ken Moss. I recognize the last name but I don't really like Ken...
Sheila's list of JOHNNY'S BEST FRIENDS read (letter for letter):
Richard Meeks
Walter Meeks
John Baze
Dana Wingate
Vernal
Susan Krois
Margaret Krois
Marty Smart
Bo
Kim + Ken Moss
Mike Hamilton [knew thru RMX]
Angus [knew thru RMX]
Sheila's list of Sue's BESTIES:
Randy Sharp
Dareyl (Works in Keddie)
Doug (Lives in Keddie)
Les (Lives in Keddie)
Joe Baze [who she also threw under the bus as a suspect]
Nancy H [Hardly knew Sue, took care of her cat when Sue took Sheila to OR to have the baby]
Rosanna
Holly [last two 'Jehovahs witness', sic, don't appear ANYWHERE else]
Marty Smart
Bo
O: [At end of photocopy of first list, turning page to next list photocopy] Right! This is Sue's, Sue's...
M: [as if quietly, to herself, so nobody else can see her diligently hoping to recognize a name so she can be oh-so-helpfull] randy sharp...
O: k...
M: uh, dareyl, doug [ten second pause]
O: Think about Doug [Albin] and Les [Hogaboam]
M: [quietly] i don't... [loudly] The only Doug I knew was Doug Thomas and I didn't know him then. I just knew he was the sheriff [BULLSHIT! Best bet is DT was sleeping with Loon, alongside Jan A]
[What's telling for me is Andy, upon hearing Loon say she didn't know DT personally, gets out of his comfy position, leaning up against the wall, legs crossed, for the first time. He uncaps his pen with his teeth while putting his notepad on his right knee, elbows on his thighs, head down. Furiously taking notes, instead of the occasional offhand peck and scratch at the pad.]
O: OK, what about Les?
M: I didn't know Les.
O: Who OWNED Keddie?
M: [5 second pause] That was Gary [Mollath]... lessee, Jan... uh, Gary...
O: [whispering directly to Loon] What was Gary's wife's last name?!
M: Uh, oh! Doug!
O: [Laughing, loudly tapping a foot while stealing glances at Pedo and Andy] That kinda helped you out a little bit, huh? OK! [pointing back towards the top of Sheila's schoolchild handrwritten list] ...and then...?
M: [as if quietly, to herself, so nobody else can hear] Joe... Bay...zee... [5 seconds, then loudly] Oh, Rosanna! I knew them...
O: Who were they?
M: Um... After... After Skip and I were together... I... I... I...mm studied together with them. And I went to the.... [whispering to O: as if it's a battered women's shelter, then loudly:] ...And Marty, while I...
O: Oh. OK.
M: [casually] and Nancy... [loudly] O! And Nancy! Nancy! Nancy lived in a... trailer kittykorner from the trailer I lived in
She goes off into misleading farmland about who she later neighbored with in the Brown Trailer Pk, has nothing to do with the murders yet everything to do with her sucking at trying to tell a straight lie. She knows FBI's asking about Sheila's list of victims' BFFs, written in Sheila's own indelible blood right after the murders, and Loon's shining the FBI not just about not knowing who she clearly knew, but offering blowjowbs on who she knew as neighbors from her career as a traveling whore, well after she'd married a few times after Marde and those despicable murders she committed. Bottom line, she lies about who she clearly knew (DT, her neighbor she fucked at 28, and the Albins / Hogaboams, who she knows clearly through 35 years of lies yet magically can't recall this day the FBI ignore what they smell coming from her cum-stretched snatc)h. I have so many insults to make, and very little in my head worthy of the scum we're discussing, so MY APOLOGIES.
In all this BS, while talking of her time at Brown Trailer Pk, she mentioned living "in #7, the closest to the Pioneer school". That helps flesh out so little...
O: What was the name of that? 'Downtown' or something like that?
M: No, no, no...
O: Was it downtown, what was the name again?
M: Mill Creek
O: Mill Creek? [to Andy, "make a note"]
O: ... okay, Paul,
M: That was after Skip and I got together...
O: Mm-hmm...
[Now apparently looking at a list of Seabolt family members]
M: OK, Paula, , yeah, she was the youngest... Pearl [quietly, to herself] was Pearl the youngest one? [19 second pause as Loon supposedly reads through the list over and over] Is that my daughter, Laurie?
[Loon's apparently reading the next list, Sheila's own list of Tina's BFFs. Tina wrote Casey as 6th on the list, but started wrtiting "Kacey", then scratched it out and wrote over it. No f-ing way in hell one can mistake that for Sheila writing the name of Loon's forgotten daughter, who Sheila NEVER MET before the murders, but Loon sure as shit did see what she wanted her story to be about]
M: No, that's scratched out.
O: [pointing to Marty and Bo at the end of Sheila's list of Mommy's BFFs:] And, again?!
M: Marty and Bo.
O: Okay... I'm not gonna... presume guilty the name of that person, but that was the list, a list of... FRIENDS... That this person... wrote DOWN. And that were... close friends, close friends of the people that they were seeing at that time.... okay?
So O: lets her paint her way into a corner then lets her out. He's not IDing Sheila's 14 yo schoolgirl moronic scrawl, but he's clearly showing Loon a photocopy of Sheila's lies, then telling Loon, "this unnamed person named the killers as the victims' best friends. Don't you find that odd?"
This is a critical point in the conversation, just before O: whisks the folder and Sheila's list away from Loon. It's a good time to take a break, as it's 2:15 pm and it took me six hours to properly lay down twenty shit minutes of dialogue. GODDAMMIT!

I'm still looking this over in disbelief. So if I am getting this the FBI knows what happened and are doing nothing. What's the point, is that where you are.

I imagine waking up every day with this case being the first thing you think of and the last thing on your mind as you try to sleep is enough to drive anyone to the mattresses. Yanno that movie Groundhog Day? That's how I see DMac and this case. He needs a release valve from the pressure he puts on himself. Besides, his gifted vocabulary while upset is insight into this case and its toll. Anyway, that's how I see view it and take no offense; never have-never will.

Yeah, I've been increasingly frustrated with working this case non-stop, then the double-whammy of having to listen and watch and TRANSCRIBE [my least-favorite-of-all tasks] this horrible shitfest interview, coupled with the fact it's irrefutable evidence the FBI were/are actively hampering the case?
What really sucks is I've had a horrid past couple weeks, my condition is worsening rapidly leaving me with headaches & a crippling 'brain fog' which makes it difficult to just get through the day, and I'm surrounded by wildfires. And if I could get up to a lake (I can't due to evac orders), I still couldn't do anything because my foot is in such bad shape I can barely walk. And my favorite nearby place to hike has been on fire for the past week due to a lightning strike I saw and called in. So, I'm off the rails for many reasons, and a big one right now is just battle fatigue.
On the bright side, I've slept about twenty hours over the past couple days, and haven't had a headache since yesterday and, other than still feeling like another 10 hour kip, I'm feeling pretty good... all things considered.
But, yeah, you see the FBI doing a poor job of hiding their cards while apologizing to the killer. They know what went down, they know she was there, they know some of what Justin did, they believe Casey was there, too. And it gets worse over the next four hours of interview. Remember, I've heard some of this recording before, and I also often listen ahead before tackling chunks of transcription so I have a keener sense of what's being said. This interview does get worse. And I'm not at all looking forward to it.

8 July 6 am
Picking up where O: slides the lists away from Loon and says this was a list of the Vx best friends, with Marty and Bo prominently on each list, when she claimed Marty and Bo barely knew Sue.
FYI, "O:" is my placeholder for the Older FBI agent, whose name I have somewhere. The younger guy, Andy, has said maybe ten words thus far, because he's from FBI's BSU... which I would find less odd if he was there because they knew she was likely involved in the murders.
O: Now, this is why... In that last interview, where you had said, where somebody had said... In fact, you had said and (pointing to pedo) he had sad that, in fact, Bo didn't really know her...
M: Right.
O: But this person here... And, last time, you said that MARTY didn't really know her... But THIS person... Don't you find that kinda strange, that this person wrote Bo and Marty under each one of those [victims'] names?!
M: Yes, it's uh I agree uh[mumbles] Yeah I don't [mumbles, trails off into silence]
O: They says Bo and Marty is FRIENDS of these victims?!
M: [5 second pause] Yeah! [chuckles]
O: [waves his left arm, as if, 'well, viola!']
M: [realizing she was being prompted to talk more] Yeah, that's, yeah... Because I, I... I really didn't think Marty knew Sue, and most certainly not Bo, he wasn't even there that long...
O: That's what I mean. That's EXACTLY what I mean! So either they knew, and how could you not know about it because they lived less than half a block away...
M: Yeah... yeah, I don't know where you got that information from, but I...
O: This information...
M: I don't, I, I don't think that BO...
O: This information was got 35 years ago. This isn't information I got, this information was obtained 35 years ago, y'know, information that people OVERLOOKED.
M: Yeah, I don't know, I I I, I find it really hard to BELIEVE that Bo KNEW Sue. [long pause] Or John.
O: Yeah.
M: I really find that hard to believe.
O: Right. [pause] So why would that person SAY that?!
M: I don't know.
O: Phew! [pause] If you DON'T KNOW, could it be what we were talking about earlier, is that maybe this person is afraid as well?
M: Could be.
O: I mean [looking over to pedo] I'm just throwing it out there [back to Loon] What do you think? I mean, I don't know...
M: I don't know why... I don't see how BO could have known Sue!
O: mm-hmm...
M: I DON'T!
O: How many times did he meet her?
M: To my knowledge? NEVER!
O: Well you probably wouldn't remember, remember what you'd said back then that they'd... And that's exactly what I don't want to get into. I don't wanna say, "Hey, y'know, ya said something different 35 years ago, and now your saying something else", how ar you gonna remember that? How can you remember that?
M: [laughing]
O: So let's not get into that. Let's just say, for the sake of argument, I'm asking what you THINK when I ask you a question. Because [pointing to Sheila's lists] I wouldn't ask if there wasn't a reason. So I won't ask, "Hey Marilyn this is what you said 35 years ago." I mean, how the heck are you gonna remember what you had for breakfast...
M: [laughing]
O: Really? Right?
M: Oh, yeah, well, that's like on the board, they said something about cigarettes, about a cigarette pack being found there, and they wanted to know what kind of cigarettes I smoked back then. [Loudly, whining] I DON'T REMEMBER!
O: Yeah...
M: [laughing] I have no idea what I smoked back then...
O: Right, right. I wouldn't either
M: [laughing]
O: But, again, that's, that's other evidence in the case that, that we're aware of, because there's some connection to the cigarette pack, but, quite honestly, we don't have anything to do with you on that cigarette pack. I mean, it's like this, is that we, you, you siad that you weren't there, and asked Sue if she wanted to go dancin' with you that night...
M: [interrupting] I just stepped inside the door.
O: Right, and even if you had been there, and had a cigarette there and left your smokes there inside, what difference would it make?
M: Well... [laughing]
O: What difference would it make? It doesn't necessarily mean that you did anything to these people, which... [pause while outstretching hand to Loon]
M: No, but... No, but... I was gonna say that something like that might trigger something, but no I didn't step in there to have a cigarette anyway...
O: Well that's exactly why we're going over stuff like this... Like, for example, you were talking about Dee Lake, like some of these things you were saying, like "Dee Lake" and "Glenna Meeks", y'know, some of the suspicions that ya had... have you had time... well, you've had time, but have you thought, has anything trickled out since our last conversation, on that even more? I mean, Meeks, did you see ANY of the Meeks there in the area in Keddie that evening? Did you see Dee, wait, you said I think, did you say you seen Dee there or not? I don't remember. No, I don't think so. We asked you just about his car, didn't we?
M: Yy...But I don't...[pause] But I don't recall seeing him there. At all.
O: What about his car? Do you recall seeing his car at all?
M: [loud] No. And you mentioned to me... or asked, you asked me if we had ever BORROWED his car. I don't remember ever BORROWING Dee's car. But Dee, he got the GI Bill and only had the one vehicle, and I can't imagine Marty borrowing his car just because ours was broke down. I, I
O: Yeah, yeah.
M: I don't recall ever borrowing Dee Lake's car.
O: Yeah. Well, that's actually, kinda, followup on where you were going last time anyways... What made you think that Dee could be involved? Other than him being friends with Marty? And, see, you did share with us last time the deal with Justin tellin' ya what he actually seen... And, see, we're trying to trigger those things that gets more.
M: The reason why, comes to mind that Dee Lake was involved is that AFTER the fact and I was staying with the Meeks and somehow it came out that from the Meeks ow whoever that Dee LAke, that they suspected Dee Lake was 'A Lookout'.
O: A lookout for what, though?
M: A lookout for whatever might happen in that house. So if it's not that I ever saw Dee Lake there, even at the Back Door, because I don't recall ever seeing... it's just that, I think that may have come from someone else or something.
O: [reaching over and touching her arm] We gotta stop here, we gotta stop. [hand on forehead] When we're saying 'some things here that', we gotta know which one are we talkin about? Are we talking about the back door of the cabin, or the Back Door LOUNGE?
M: OOOOHHH!!! [laugh]
O: [laugh] I mean! You're usually pretty good, but. Like, I like when you were talkin, talking about bein' on the forum or whatever. But when you're talking about 'the back door', that could be...
M: Well, on the forum, they showed two cars. SUPPOSEDLY the pictures taken of these two vehicles, because they wanted me, he did, "DMAC", to see if I could recognize the vehicles.
O: Sure!
M: [making quote marks with fingers] SUPPOSEDLY these were pictures taken THAT morning. And there was a picture of a green station wagon. And there was a picture of a green car... on this forum. And I looked at em... and I didn't recognize [5 second pause] either vehicle that he shoed the pictures of. It was an aerial [waving arms to indicate a chopper flying above]
O: OK
M: and the only green car that I can remember existing back then was Wade Meeks, he had a green car. I think... it was a big long car, and I think it was a Pontiac, and it was a light, a real light green
O: [sing-song] O-kay... That car, was it a sedan or wagon or a what, or do you know?
M: Well, the pictures that 'DMARK' or 'DMAC' put on the forum was a station wagan AND along green car. Nini Meeks owned a yellow... a yellow... Jeep I think it was, like a Wagoneer. A Jeep kinda. Wade owned a long, a Pontiac is what I think it was, a green car. Like a Grand Prix. Dee Lake owned a green, I think it was, a green station wagon.
O: Right. Do you think...
M: [interrupting] And I never saw, saw them there that morning.
O: Did you think more on what we were talking about last time in reference to Nina and Wade... and Nina talked, Nina said she picked you up, and you said Wade picked you up. Y'know?
M: Yeah. Yep. I DO NOT remember her coming out and picking me up, and I really do not remember WHO picked me up!
O: So you don't remember if Wade did or not?
M: NOPE! I do remember it was LATER, uh... that Wade and Blaine Gruebert took me out to my cabin... to get some stuff...
O: Right...
M: And when we got out there, IMMEDIATELY, we looked behind us, and I believe it was the DOJ pulled up behind us..
O: Right...
M: ...and they asked me at that time could they go into the cabin and look around...
O: sure...
M: ...and I said, "Sure" [shrugging shoulders] "Go ahead." And it was at THAT time is when I mentioned the, the little club house that the kids had. And we went and looked at that...
O: And where was that at?
M: Well, [traces map/diagram on table with fingers of where the clubhouse was in relation to 26] ...and the kids used that. And it was at that time, on the outside of that building, it was spray-painted, "Fuck Marty." Stuff like that, and. And that was the first time I realized people didn't like him out there.
O: [laugh] Ya THINK?! [laugh]
M: I mean, I was just flabbergasted!
O: [laugh] yeah, that people didn't like him! [Pause] Andy, I think we'll go get some paper...
A: [unintelligable]
O: That diagram. We'll get that diagram.
They both leave for the hallway, off-camera are heard entering a security code. Loon whispers something to Pedo, resembling, "didn't want me to say anything about my sister's shoes" <11:04:10 AM> The agents return with blank paper, speaking of not wanting to draw stuff on the desktop. He then discusses the diagram of Keddie he wants her to draw. She draws the main road, the RR, "here's the little pond. Here's the bridge" etc. River, cabins, the Back Door, store, dorm. Near the line of cabins before 28 (13-17) she says:
M: Now, there's a cabin here. [5 sec pause] This is where ALL THAT POT was, at that guy's house, that I was only there one time. [Long pause]
O: Put on there 'pot', P-O-T.
M: I don't remember his name. I think it was Randy, but I don't remember for sure.
O: OK.
M: OK. Now here's cabin 28. Here's... oh, ho, ho, ho, I'm way off... but here's Seabolt's...
O: That's ok... OK, for the sake of argument, you've I've got the layout- and you've got to look at me as a complete idiot, cuz all I can do is from the PICTURES, you know... a lot of this stuff is gone. But 28, the Sharp residence, actually sits BACK...
M: sits back, it sits back...
O: from the other cabins, huh?
M: it sits, it si-sit-sits back. It kinda sits... Let's see, the bedroom window woulda been here. Lets lets lets put it here. Seabolts is a pretty good size.
O: OK, bedroom window, you say bedroom window. Which bedroom window?
M: [pause, drawing again] Ricky's bedroom window would be right here. The back door is here, with the stairs. The front door...
O: OK, gotcha...
M: The kitchen, the hallway...
O: [pointing to space between 28 & 27] and these were awful darn close together... these are awful darn close together, right?
M: These are real close together, yeah. The Sebolts, this is my understanding, from what I was told James come out and took the boys from this window.
O: [gets up, looking for something, turns to pedo] Ed, did you take my glasses?
E: No I didn't. I don't even remember seeing you having them on....
O: [laugh, retrieves glasses, sits back down] OK! THAT'S the clubhouse.
M: Mm-hhh That's the garage.
O: The garage, for tools for maintenance or what?
M: I have no idea what was in there...
O: OK [pause] So, then... so that's what you're talkin about is that part of the owner's house...
M: ...Blocks me. See, I have to go out here to see.
O: Where, exactly was your car at?
M: It would have been in front of the house, here.
Loon then jots something on the drawing, elliciting a laugh from O:, whe then asks Andy if he wants to see it, passing it to him.
M: It's to scale, too! [laughter]
O: So... So, then, that day... that you were talkin' about, that, that they followed you in... and you don't remember if Doug was with them or not?
M: No. Nope. No, this was the first time I ever saw, I ever met these men.
O: Oh! Oh, really?
M: Just two men.
O: Oh, ok. And, so...
M: [back drawing] They pulled in here, and they pulled up right here. Behind us.
O: Oh, uh, ok. And they conducted annother search. Had their already been done a search of your house?
M: Not to MY knowledge.
O: So they DIDN'T search your house- one of the things that's that that turns up REPEATEDLY... [long pause] is Tina's jacket...
M: and, y'know, I've thought about that, uhhh, Wade and I went out there to get stuff and we went down into the basement... It's not really a basement under this cabin, it's dirt... There's a doorway underneath it, and the hot water tank is down there. Under the cabin...
O: OK
M: But there was a... A little red jacket [drawing on paper] down there. I never knew if it might've been my daughter's... Or if it could've been Tina's, I don't know.
O: Well, then, my recollection is you said that there was some BLOOD ON THE JACKET?! Back then?
M: [looking to Andy] I may have, but I don't remember that.
O: But you said...
M: But today I don't remember that.
O: But, back then, somebody took the jacket...
M: [interrupting] I don't know who.
O: Yeah. But it was in reference to... Was it the COPS?! Or was it somebody else?
M: [mumbling, quietly] I was just thinkin'... From what I remember today, I was just thinkin'that Wade and had gone down and we looked in there and we saw that and... I don't know if we called somebody, or if they were with us and took it from us at that time, or what. [quietly] I don't recall.
O: [Clearly frustrated, he puts his glasses back on, gathers up the papers, grabs Loon's pen and caps it, starts writing]
M: About all I do remember is that, going into the cabin, they were looking around, they found- which was news to me- they found behind the dresser in my room- my dresser was actually in the closet, it was such a small room! And behind that dresser, they found, like [long pause] Playboy and Hustler and stuff like that... I had no idea it even existed! They found those...
A: Those weren't yours?! [Laughter]
M: I don't know WHERE that they got 'em! Uh, let's see, the found, uh, a hangman's noose! Up on the top shelf in the kitchen, I didn't even know THAT was there. [Laughter]
O: There's, uh... Now, back to Dee... You were pretty... you were pretty upset, last time we talked, about Dee. Now, what's goin' on there?
M: [pause] Well, it's just [pause] I met them through Marty...
O: Right... And how long did Marty know him? Do you know?
M: From the College, I think?
O: Right, okay...
M: We used to go to Mona and Dee's house, oout in Indian Falls, ummm... Marty and Dee were REALLY good friends. I wasn't much of a socializer, never was, never have been. [pause] THAT'S something I need to bring to you guy'ses attention, what you don't understand about me. I'm very naive. WAS very naive. I still AM to a lot. I grew up in Springfield, OR and, back then, Springfield OR was about the size of Taylorsville, maybe Greenville, when I grew up there. And, actually, I grew up on a farm 30 miles out of town. So, I was, I led, led... a very sheltered life. Uh, when I left, and I eventually ended up with the boys' father. WE... lived in MONTANA... and... we had a ranch... and there wasn't any socializing and stuff. On the ranch, it was like stepping back... 100 years ago.In all, we had at least two ranches. Jack and his dad had gone down to Dillon, to the one big ranch down there. I was left alone, pregnant with Casey, uhhh.... and I was out, helping a cow deliver her calf... She was having problems, I was having to pull it, while I was in labor with Casey. And I was by myself!
A: [not convincingly] Wow.
M: And I got through delivering that calf, then got in the truck and drove to the hospital and had Casey.
O: Ohh. [taking copious notes]
M: So... Uh-hh-ehh... I was very naive, and when the boys' father and I split up, I went back to Oregon. I didn't even know that, err, that welfare was for WHITE people! I thought it was for Indians. I had no idea. My mother took me over to Eugene to put me on welfare!
O: When you were talking there, I couldn't keep track what you meant by Springfiedl, but Eugene/Springfield, yeah! Farming community.
M: Loggers! Oh, yeah! Loggers. Oh, yeah! Georgia-Paccific, Weyerhauser! Never mix 'em up with farmers! [Laughter] When I grew up there, the only major shopping you could do, you had to go to Eugene. Because there was no shopping in Springfield. It was very, very small. Like I say, the size of Greensville... or Taylorsville. And all loggers and millworkers. But I lived out in the country, on a farm, to the south side of the city limits. You look at Eugene and Springfield now, and it's nothing that I remember.
O: Oh, I know, yaah.
M: And, living on the ranch, I was lucky if I went to town once a month. We didn't have TV. I didn't even know about the Vietnam war!! There ya go! He was already in Vietnam, and I didn't even know it was going on!
OK, 4:30 PM now. May as well end on that whopper.
Of course, old-timers will see how she's tried to turn 35 years of lies on their ear to morph and minimize them into something far different, far less damning for Marty, Bo, Dee, the MEeks, than she'd been saying for DECADES. She also tries here, MANY times, to utilize what she learned from our forum, learn from my instantaneously shooting down lie after lie after lie in chat. And what does she do? Confounds them by claiming she never said what she'd really been saying for decades, and now doesn't remember things she said 35 years prior despite the fact she was still repeating them on this VERY FORUM two months prior to this FBI interview.

PART TWO
815 a
O: goes back into his argument that Loon clearly knows more than she's saying, that she was obviously there: "Say, for instance, you walk out of this office.
>>>
